Three Vegas hotels, restaurants are AAA's Five Diamond
Since 1977, AAA has published its prestigious Diamond Awards. Every year, 65 full-time evaluators (66 if AAA is hiring, ahem) provide extensive inspections of almost 57,000 hotels and restaurants around the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Only 0.26 percent make AAA's highest rating -- the prestigious Five Diamond level.

This year, three hotels and three restaurants in Las Vegas made Five Diamond.
The three hotels: the Ritz-Carlton (Lake Las Vegas in Henderson), the Bellagio, and the Four Seasons.
The three restaurants: Alex (Wynn), Picasso (Bellagio), and Le Cirque (Bellagio).
