Harrods Coming to Las Vegas?
Will there be a Harrods mega-department store on the Las Vegas strip? Talk in the street is saying that an announcement of a pending partnership between Harrods of London owner, Mohamed al-Fayed, and a well known strip operator will detail plans for Harrods of Las Vegas. al-Fayed's master designer, world acclaimed artist, sculptor and building designer William Mitchell, has a mock-up of his design for the Las Vegas project on display at Harrods in London.
What a treat to shop at one of the world's most famous retail stores without having to hop across the pond. This addition of Harrods to the Las Vegas shopping options will enforce Vegas' identity as a world class shopping destination.
