But if you feel like venturing out to explore the world of bodybuilders, join 25,000 fitness enthusiasts at the Las Vegas Convention Center for Joe Weider's 2007 Olympia Weekend Expo and pick up some free swag (we like the free energy drinks).

Competitions including Mr. Olympia, Ms. Olympia, Fitness and Figure Olympia (pictured above) take place at the Orleans Arena.

Tickets to the expo is $10, with competitions requiring tickets from $50 to $200.

The expo runs today and tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Your expo ticket also gets you into competitions such as the Battle of the Biceps, Sport Martial Arts Finals, and Kings of the Bench.

And we should point out that the Bikini Model Search is Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Convention Hall for $75 at the door.

Just in case you needed to feel more inadequate.
