Brand Steakhouse holds open house today
BRAND Steakhouse, the new restaurant/lounge by The Light Groups, will be hosting an open casting call today between noon and 5 p.m.
Positions open are Marketing Host, Marketing Host Server, Marketing Bar Host, VIP Table Host, Food Runner, Bus Person, Master Cook, Cook, Sous Chef, Pantry Worker, Kitchen Helper, and Apprentice Bartender.
Just stop by the Monte Carlo Grand Ballroom 6 & 7.
Like Light's other concepts, BRAND fuses fine dining with nightlife in its 5,000-square-foot dining room with cowhide panel ceiling canopy.
BRAND is also the steakhouse that offers the only 8.6 pound beef porterhouse that we know of.
