Some of the most popular Tejano bands in the world will converge at the Rio to kick off the weekend leading up to Cinco de Mayo Friday, May 1, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. at the Rio Pavilion. The festival celebrates a range of folk and popular regional music and features well-known groups such as Little Joe y La Familia, Charlie Rich, Jr. and Flaco Jimenez.
