CineVegas film festival 10% off
The 11th annual CineVegas film festival is shaping up to be a good one.
We go to this festival every year at Brenden Theatres (at the Palms) and are impressed by the quality of films chosen (mostly of the independent variety that may not have distributors) and the filmmakers present for Q&As.
This year, CineVegas will hold world premieres of eight films, including its opening night comedy of Hue Rhodes' Saint John of Las Vegas, loosely based Dante's Inferno (yes, that Dante) and starring Steve Buscemi and Sarah Silverman. Saint Joan, about an ex-gambler lured back to the sins of Las Vegas as he investigates a stripper owed $200,000 in lapdances.
The movie kicks off the festival June 10 at Planet Hollywood.
