Holly Madison: Octagon Girl
Holly Madison is all over Las Vegas.
The Playboy star (formerly one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends) is currently starring in Peepshow at Planet Hollywood. On premiere night, the hotel-casino even darkened some of the letters on their sign so that it read "Planet Holly."
Now Madison will be an honorary Octagon Girl at this weekend's UFC 100.
On Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Madison will appear in the Octagon Girl outfit amongst current OGs Arianny Celeste, Edith Labelle, and Logan Stanton.
