Not even open yet and already a discount?

Yep, CityCenter's Mandarin Oriental is the place to be come Dec. 5... assuming CityCenter opens on time the night before (which we're betting it will, there's too much at stake).

To ensure all rooms are full, the small 392-room hotel is offering a buy-1-get-1 night free.

Only thing is, no one told the Mandarin Oriental about the economy (where Vegas Strip hotel rates are in the $50 range), because they're charging $545 a night as a regular price.

But then, this is CityCenter, and they have every right to have an empty hotel when they open (just kidding... we hope).

Getting 2 nights for $545 (not including taxes) entitles you to all the free soap you can carry, along with bragging rights to tell your grandchildren that you were there.
