2.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
We carefully select all items going to auction for authenticity, quality
and value. Please e-mail all questions before committing to purchase
with your bid. We require email contact within three days and payment
confirmation within ten days of the close of the auction to avoid
the possible relisting of item.
2.2 AFTER THE AUCTION
The successful bidder will recieve an e-mail request for the shipping
address soon after the close of the auction. Once we receive your
shipping address an invoice will be issued for the sale. Please pay
for the item from the total listed on the invoice.
2.2.1 AFTER THE AUCTION - FEEDBACK
We generally leave positive feedback on receipt of payment. In the
case of non-paying bidders, late paying bidders, and shills we leave
neutral or negative feedback, taken on a case-by-case basis. Unwarranted
neutral or negative feedback left for LasVegasVegas.com is pursued
to the maximum extent allowed by eBay, and in the case of liable or
slander, to the maximum extent allowed by the law.
2.3 PAYMENT METHODS
We accept most credit cards and e-checks thru the online services
of PayPal, eBay Billpoint or BidPay. Personal checks must clear (Shipping
may be delayed up to ten days). Cashier checks and money orders shipped
same day. We assume no responsibility for cash lost in the mail.
2.4 SHIPPING
Insurance is included in the shipping cost if stated in the description;
otherwise, shipping insurance is buyer optional and highly recommended.
We assume no responsibility for uninsured items lost or damaged in
transit. Multiple items may be combined to reduce shipping cost. We
specialize in rapid delivery of your purchase. We prefer the dependability
and speed of USPS priority mail for most items but will honor customer
shipping preferences if possible.

Shipping on all large wholesale clothing lots is FOB

2.5 RETURN POLICY
All of our sales come with a liberal return policy. Any item may be
returned within five (5) days of receipt for full refund of purchase
price (EXCEPTION: wholesale lots) if item is not as described; otherwise,
