Chris Ferguson's lawyer declares, Full Tilt no Ponzi scheme
Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) on the British Channel Islands revoked Full Tilt Poker's online license on Thursday saying the site lied to regulators about its finances. Without a valid gaming license the supposed sale of Full Tilt to an unnamed investor prepared to repay Full Tilt players would be DOA according to Full Tilt lawyer, Jeff Ifrah.
To date, Full Tilt has pointed to everyone else as the source of their bad luck. The U.S. government for seizing the website and freezing accounts, the theft of millions of dollars by a dishonest funds transfer site and now they have added the AGCC for damages caused by its total disregard for Full Tilt's unpaid players.
No where can we find any reference to the millions, a reported $444 million, rifled from players accounts and transfered to various board members' personal accounts. No one from Full Tilt is stepping up to the plate and saying they will return the funds so players can recoup some of their lost account money. Back in the day a welch was about the worse thing you could label a player, any player.
