Bots Rule?

I've got to quit reading all the Internet poker news. Wandering around the fringes I found this article telling me everything I need to know to cheat online poker games and not only win every time I play; but, best of all, I don't even have to waste my time playing. I simply set-up my robot buddy to go forth into the electron simulated green felt world of online poker unaccompanied and unaided. All I need to do is check in once in a while to know how rich I am. Great and wonderful you say? I couldn't agree more. You can now purchase the source code for just such a bot for only $500. That's damn cheap for a guaranteed ticket to millionaire land. Much better than trying to develop your own code from scratch. Diehard do-it-yourselfers may want to start here. Good luck!

My bot can kick your assI found this article which sent me to this site where I read this insightful cheat sheet on poker collusion. The page is complete with how to proxy into an Internet poker room to avoid detection and even provides you another business that sells access to proxy servers. Seeing that all of this looked like a sure-fire road to a Malibu Colony beach house I visited the pricing page. There you have it, your very own roadmap to riches beyond your wildest expectations.

Has anyone tried this scheme? Anyone sent in their $500 for the source code. Is this technology genuine and out there taking unsuspected Internet poker player's money? One of our expert poker playing, computer geek friends says, "Bring them on. Nothing I would like better than to play against a piece of software that is using fixed algorithms." I personally would rather not play at a table where the other nine seats are occupied by one entity.

I especially liked the claim, "using a strategy advocated by a nine-time World Champion of Poker. No knowledge or experience of Poker is required." I'm not sure if this implies a nine-time WSOP champion; but that's one very short list, only three well known professional players. Two more selling points, "No knowledge of poker required" and the limited time availability of this collusion software, so those investing will not see the market saturated and profits eroded. One final selling point, Windows friendly!

Still want to risk your money playing online? Can online poker rooms detect this threat to their integrity? Do they really care if you are not offered a fair game? Probably not and this attitude will last until they see a substantial drop in their drop. Would any of the virtual rooms care to demonstrate the ability to detect this form of cheat in an independent trial?

If all of this worries you then come to Vegas and play live poker, although we are not collusion free it is limited to real live players.

Do the bots whine like a certain 9 time WSOP winner if they get bad beat?

Initially I was skeptical about your post until I clicked on the pages you have linked here. That's just scary. I thought it was probably a $500 scam at first, but apparently not.

Anyway, next Friday I will be in Vegas. I will have $100-150 to spend [yes, I am a low-roller] and am considering playing in the Golden Nugget or Binions daily hold em tournament. Leaning towards Golden Nugget because of the time it starts, 11:00 AM. Any other suggestions or are these two places my best bet [no pun intended.]

I need to limit my playing to Friday, during the day. But I am open to other ideas. I will be tied up from 5:00 - 9:00 or so in business dinners.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, keep up the good work!

A working bot that could beat a table for $2 an hour could bring in millions annually, especially if it could interface with various sites. It could easily play 4 tables on Party, 4 on Paradise, 5 on Stars, 4 on UB, etc. and use numerous account names, enabling it to play in 50 or more games at a time 24 hours a day without rousing suspicion Nobody sane would sell such a bot for anything less than a 7 figure number, so any bot advertised for $500 is a scam. Also give the sites some credit, Party and Paradise are doing everything they can to eliminate Winholdem. In the end it is a losing battle for them though.

what is winholdem?

The game level demonstrated by the bots in WSOPR that have taken place in Las Vegas, was really good, the 6 bots had a level worthy of this competition, it was very touching to see how they played, even better than many humans.

Here you can see the web of a WSOPR contestant:
