Major Tournament Poker Action Slated for Venetian & Wynn
Major tournament poker returns to Las Vegas in a few days at the Venetian Las Vegas poker room. The 2008 Deep Stack Extravaganza gets under way for 2008 with a February 4th $330 buy-in No Limit Hold'em event scheduled to begin at Noon. The first of 21 events that includes plenty of NLHE plus Pot Limit Omaha w/re-buys, Omaha 8 or better, H.O.R.S.E., and a final championship event. The 2nd Annual Wynn Classic poker tournament returns to the spectacular Wynn Las Vegas resort on the Las Vegas strip. Another not-to-be-missed poker tournament with 20 events on the calendar from February 26 through March 19, 2008. Single table satellites begin on February 26 and event #1, a $540 buy-in No Limit Hold'em, currently scheduled for two first day flights kicks off at noon on February 27. Buy-ins for the events range from $540 up to the $10,000 for the Championship finale. Daily second chance tournaments at 7:00 PM with a $330 buy-in and selected Super Satellites for the championship with a $330 buy-in w/rebuys.
