The show begins at the Greek Isles Hotel and Casino, where the audience meets a variety of spooky sideshow performers. After a brief theater show, the audience heads out on the town for a driving tour of ghastly hotspots around the city. Stories of suicides and supposed hauntings based on documented accounts are told by a "mortician" tour guide. For more information, check out the Haunted Vegas Tours website.

From the Greek Isles site:

This spirited and spooky ghost tour will take you to the haunting grounds of Bugsy Siegel, Liberace, Redd Foxx and Elvis. Robert Allen, creator of Haunted Vegas Tours now makes it possible to visit such eerie sites by offering a guided Tour and Show, featuring Sin City's Darkest Ghostly Secrets.

According to Allen, who consulted with Tim Cridland, a paranormal historian and Janice Oberding, author of the book "Haunted Nevada," there are more than 21 places where paranormal activity has been documented in Las Vegas.

The tour covers such sites as the "Motel of Death," where numerous celebrity deaths have occurred and the former home of a Las Vegas legend where his ghost continues to haunt despite numerous attempts to exorcise it.

Also these dates in 2008:
July 12
July 30 - Aug. 14

Description:
Fashionistas, based on an adult film, tells the tale of a love triangle in the fashion industry. Although this isn't a topless revue, there are plenty of erotic dance moves and and steamy simulated sex scenes which reference the show's roots in the adult film industry. Be sure to check out the song list, video clips, and more at the Fashionistas website.

From the Fashionistas website:

The Fashionistas is a gender-blending erotic extravaganza and a unique entertainment option never before seen on the Las Vegas Strip. With what critics call a "muscular and aggressive" staging technique, a hard-driving soundtrack, imaginative and unique costumes, and a humorous and sly story line, the Fashionistas pushes the envelope of human form, fashion and spectacle in high style.

Utilizing music from Evanescence, Madonna, Tool, Lords of Acid, Crystal Method, and Led Zeppelin, the story is told in dance through the mood and words of each song, as well as through the use of dramatic images projected on large video screens.

Description:
Husband and wife team Marty Allen and Karon Kate Blackwell combine the comedic talents of Allen ('Ed Sullivan Show', 'Hollywood Squares') with the music of Blackwell, an accomplished singer and pianist.

From the Gold Coast site:

Comedian Marty Allen and singer, songwriter and straight woman Karon Kate are still one of the best comedy/straight routines in the entertainment industry. When you see the show, you will see that he is the Marty Allen of 40 years ago.

One of the reasons for the success of their show is its spontaneity. "Karon has no idea each show what I'm going to say or do. Even the parts that I write, I try to keep fresh. I constantly add new lines so the routines aren't the same," says Marty.

One of Karon's most popular songs is Wedding Wows. It became so popular, she recorded an album and included the song. Her first album, titled simply Karon Kate Blackwell, included Wedding Wows and several familiar songs such as ode To Billie Joe and God Bless The U.S.A. One single, I Can't Laugh was a Cashbox 'pick of the week' selection in August 1994.

Both Marty and Karon say that when they are on stage, they don't think about the fact that they are married. Rather, they just focus on each other's talents. There's a natural dynamic and chemistry whey they perform. Just what keeps Marty going at 85 years old? Duracell batteries, says Karon.

Description:

From BroadwayWorld--

"Jones began playing here almost 40 years ago and his is a remarkable record, in that he is by no means an oldies act like so many others who came up in the 60s. He hit a dry patch in his career but came back strong about 20 years ago with his take on the Prince hit, "Kiss." He began to record with the UK's best and brightest -- Van Morrison, Robbie Williams, among them -- and continues to succeed, changing musical genres, always experimenting.

OK, now that we're caught up on the career, how about the show?

For 90 minutes Jones performs a mix of his hits, some standards and, best of all, R& B and blues (both of which he does phenomenally well). His voice today might lack the range it had years ago, but it still has more range than almost any singer around. And it's got more depth. As was true of the late, amazing, Ruth Brown, Jones' voice just gets richer with age.

It's worth noting that his audience is of all ages, both genders and from around the world. Thus, his appeal is, apparently, ageless and universal. And he's not the same "medallion man" you might remember. The 740-seat Hollywood Theatre at the MGM is the perfect size venue in which to see him."

If your father smells of elderberries, you know what to do with the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, and you suspect Sir Lancelot is gay, Monty Python's Spamalot is the show for you.

From the Monty Python's Spamalot site:

Sure to be the funniest show in Las Vegas, Monty Python's SPAMALOT tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table and their quest for the Holy Grail. The live, 90-minute show is lovingly ripped off from the motion picture Monty Python and The Holy Grail and features chorus lines of lusty maidens, dancing divas, killer rabbits, and the only legless knight appearing on The Strip.

John O'Hurley from "Seinfeld" and "Dancing with the Stars" fame stars as King Arthur.

Monty Python's SPAMALOT opened in New York and London to rave reviews from
audiences and critics alike. The London Sunday Times said SPAMALOT "raises silliness to an art form - glorious, irresistible silliness!"

Winner of the prestigious Tony Award for Best New Musical, SPAMALOT is written by
Eric Idle (Monty Python). The Grammy Award-winning musical score and lyrics were
created by Eric Idle and John Du Prez (pronounced Doo Pray). The show is directed by Mike Nichols.
