On Jan. 21 at 10 a.m., Binion’s hosts a book signing and… poker tournament.

Before that sounds out of the ordinary, the book authors are all poker authors, and the tournament is what Binion’s hopes to be the first in an annual Poker Author Challenge.

Registration for the no-limit tournament is $125, and you’ll have a chance to use their own strategies against noted poker authorities Sheree Bykofsky, Gary Carson, George Epstein, Russ Fox, Tony Guerrera, Susie Isaacs, Lou Krieger, Maryann Morrison, Neil Myers, Alan Schoonmaker, Richard Sparks, John Vorhaus, Kathleen Watterson, and more.

A special book bounty is on each author you knock out… of the tournament, that is.

The meet-and-greet and book signing runs from noon to 2 p.m. with the tournament beginning at 2 p.m.
