Joe Beevers

Bio: Europe’s best known poker player and oddsmaker. Joe Beevers is one of four members of the famous ‘Hendon Mob.’ Joe is spending 2004 on the Prima Poker sponsored ‘Hendon Poker Tour,’ playing in most major poker tournaments world wide. Joe grew up hanging out with his father and playing blackjack in the many London casinos. The father-son team became so adept at winning that they were eventually banned from most of the English casinos. This gaming background was a natural in the evolutionary move to big-time poker tournaments. His table demeanor is an unassuming , impeccably mannered player that continuously studies his adversaries and methodically sets traps.
