The latest hotel to launch in Las Vegas is a small boutique hotel at 455 E. Harmon (steps from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino), with 150 rooms (all suites) containing patios and private balconies, all wrapped in a quaint 2-story building. We plugged in a few dates and found rooms in the $140 range for the weekend and $80 for weekdays.

Siegel Group (which runs Gold Spike and similar converted boutique hotel Artisan) purchased the old St. Tropez site for $10.5 million and invested $4 million into the conversion.
